Pulled Pork

Instead of slicing the pork shoulder there is also pulled pork.
With the slow'n'low method of cooking, the fat renders down making the meat moist and tender.

Once the pork has been cooked long enough it is able to be pulled apart into strings and smaller pieces and is normally served in a roll after being flavoured with barbecue sauce.
