Welcome To Riviera Barbecue

Ok, so everyone knows how to do BBQ food right?

Grab some frozen burgers or sausages, slam them on the grill above the still flaming coals, after a few minutes, flip them over, and another few minutes you serve them in a bun?
OK, so that is how most summer BBQs are here in the UK, but we at Riviera BBQ do our food American Style, Low'n'Slow, lower temperatures for a longer time making the meat juicy, succulent and melt in your mouth.
Also, we cook ALL YEAR round too!
During cooking we also smoke the food which adds different flavours to the meat too.
We don't say we are professional low'n'slow BBQers, far from it in fact, we are only just beginning our journey into this smokey world.
So join us on that journey, and follow us as we make all the mistakes, and the good bits too!
Here we only use charcoal and wood fired barbecues, none of that gas rubbish, and rarely cook sausages or burgers, unless they are homemade, or just for small children who haven't been educated correctly!

We cook joints of meat including Pork, Beef and Lamb, along with Ribs, Whole Chickens and portions, even whole Turkeys!
