This is where we will chat about our experiences with Smoking and grilling, and we learn about the various techniques used to cook this type of food.
Until now, we have mainly cooked Pork Joints, Whole Chicken and also Beef joints, and have recently started doing Ribs and Chicken Thighs too.
Rubs and marinades also play a huge part in getting the correct flavour profile of the food, and this is also something we are relatively new at.
